Mennonite Girls in a Modern World

Feb 11, 2020

Vanessa Voth's great grandparents were one of thousands of Mennonite families fleeing Russia during Stalin's reign. It is a familiar story repeated in many Mennonite homes.

For those fortunate enough to escape, freedom came with a price as many settled into strange lands to rebuild their lives.

On today's show, we welcome Vanessa Voth, author of 'The Girl from No. 6'. A story of courage in the face of persecution, strength in the midst of adversity, and faith in a God who never makes mistakes.
